This Shipping Policy applies to all orders for physical cookbooks placed on CalmBreezeReads (https://calmbreezereads.com). We provide reliable, tracked shipping worldwide for all our premium printed cookbooks, with secure packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: Bulk orders (10+ cookbooks) may require 3–5 business days for processing and preparation.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship physical cookbooks to **over 180 countries and regions worldwide**, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and South America.
4. Shipping Time & Delivery
Delivery times vary by location and begin after order processing is complete:
- North America & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Asia & Australia: 10–18 business days
- Africa, South America & Remote Regions: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to customs, weather, or postal service issues.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and shipping method. We offer cost-effective standard tracked shipping for all customers.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a **unique tracking number** and a link to track your package online. You can monitor the delivery status at any time.
8. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
- Customs clearance procedures may cause minor delivery delays.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracked package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit:

10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund for the product cost (minus original shipping fees). We are not responsible for address errors entered by the customer.
