Welcome to CalmBreezeReads (https://calmbreezereads.com). We specialize in physical cookbooks and are committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges for all cookbook orders.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The cookbook is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You provide a valid order number and proof of purchase
  • The item is not marked as non-returnable

Note: Bulk orders (10+ cookbooks) are only returnable if damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, written-in, or damaged cookbooks
  • Cookbooks without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized cookbooks
  • Digital products (we do not sell e-books or PDFs)

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at calmbreezereads@gmail.com with your order number
  2. State your reason for return (damage, defect, or change of mind)
  3. We will send you return instructions within 2–3 business days
  4. Ship the item back at your cost (unless the error is ours)

5. Refund Process

  • We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 2–7 business days depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

6. Damaged or Defective Cookbooks

If your cookbook arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the damage/defect and your order number
  • We will offer a full refund (including shipping) or free replacement
  • Return shipping for defective items is covered by us

7. Exchanges

To exchange a cookbook for another title, return the original book and place a new order. We will process your refund once the returned item is approved.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
